By combining elements of different schools of thought within the realm of massage therapy, we have developed a pain avoidance approach to massage which focuses on helping the body reach a state of comfort where the pain is minimal. We have had incredible results with clients who suffered from various ailments ranging from chronic migraines, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic back pain, chronic knee pain, nerve impingements, as well as chronic leg pain due to fallen arches.
